Query fraud alerts

Queries fraud alert records in either of two modes:

Single query — use transaction_arn or transaction_reference to identify a single transaction. In this mode from and to are not required.

Batch query / date range — from and to are required, and you can narrow the result with the optional brand, country, fraud_type and merchant_id filters.

⚠️ This report is only available for transactions made with VISA and MASTERCARD cards, and only for Kushki's acquiring.

Precedence rules

If you send transaction_arn and transaction_reference together, transaction_arn takes precedence and transaction_reference is ignored.

merchant_id does not identify a single transaction (a branch may have zero, one or many records), so when you use it in a batch query, from and to are also required. Sending merchant_id alone, without from and to, returns a validation error.

Sending any field that is not part of the request schema returns a validation error.

Date range limit

The from value cannot be older than 12 months from the date of the query.
